A trailer with a maximum total weight (trailer + cargo) of 750 Kg is insured by the tracting vehicles third party insurance.  You may need to inform your insurance company you will be carrying a trailer.  This trailer will carry a copy of the license plate of the tracting vehicle.

A trailer with a maximum total weight of more then 750 Kg, will always need a separate insurance.  This type of trailer has it's own personal license plate.  The insurance will be linked to the license plate of the tracting vehicle.

Contact your insurance company, and request a temporary additional insurance policy for pulling the requested trailer.  We will inform you with all necessary details (VIN, Lincense plate, Max Weight, ...).  Your insurance company will provide you with a green paper, assuring you have the right insurance.
